I gained some this past year, lost 10 pounds, still have 12 pounds to lose. Back on my raw road, it is my favorite and best way for me to eat. It keeps me stay fit, energized and healthy. I fight some chronic health issues and need to regain my health again. So thankful for the knowledge of raw! I have been off and on raw for most of my life. Committing to it again, at 52, it is never too late to recommit to my ultimate health.

I relate so much with what you say about eating cooked food and not feeling satiated, I may feel full and still continue to eat because I felt to lack something. Consuming green smoothies my body feels satiated and my blood sugar feels stable.

Thankyou Tanny for your information on green smoothies, and tips. I can relate also with you that green smoothies keep my blood sugar stable, and they are so satiating. I am on day 3 so far of green smoothies only which I checked with chronometer and they meet all my nutritional and calorie needs.
